    • Marion E. Bisbee was a farmer, teacher and carpenter. He came to South Dakota in the Spring of 1889 from Ames, Iowa. [2]
    • (Research):Marion E. Bisbee and his brother Frank E. came from Iowa in the spring of 1889 to South Dakota. Marion built up the family farm near Cresbard, DeVoe twp., Faulk Co., South Dakota where he married and raised their children. During the 1930's Marion and wife Erma moved to Green Forest Arkansas. Son Claude and family then took over the farm. Information from Shirley Bisbee Holt #12-1415, Cresbard, SD. [4]
