      A deed record shows, "Isaac Bump to Ephraim Bisbee in presence of Issachar Bisbee and David Smith, 12 Sept. 1803. A tract in Philadelphia, Vt. North half of 1st division of right of Thomas Chittenden, original prop. lot 25, containing more or less, 50 acres. Also North half of 2nd div. of Ebenezer Keiler, original prop. lot 2, containing 120 acres, more or less."
