William F. Bisbee, Sr.
SYLVANIA — William F. Bisbee, Sr., 68, passed away Friday, November 7, 2003, at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH.
Bill was born on May 23, 1935 to Raymond and Bertha (Heath) in Conneaut.
He attended and earned his BBA from the University of Toledo. He worked as an accountant, and after retiring in 1985, he worked for H&R Block during tax season.
He was a member of Pilgrim United Church of Christ and Toledo Zoo. He loved to play bridge and pinochle and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
Surviving are his children, William (Linda) Bisbee, Jr., Candace Bisbee, David (Goldie) Bisbee, Jennifer (Richard) Rymers; brothers, Raymond and Richard (Peggy) Bisbee; sisters, Alice (Paul) Hart, Marilyn Jennings; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Richard Schweikert; and friend Shirley Judy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Coette; sister, Beverly Schweikert; and brothers, David, and Charles Bisbee.
Friends may visit the family on Monday, November 10, 2003, from 5 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, November 11, 2003, from 2 to 9 p.m. at the WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 5155 Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, where services will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Ravine Cemetery.
