      Vestal Owings passed away July 30, 1973. He left a wife, Faye Owings; a son, Charles Owings, Cisco, Tex.; a daughter, Monnie Copeland, Midland, Tex.; and daughter, Jennifer Alexander, Abilene, Tex.; nine grand children, and one great-grandchild, P. J. Copeland.
