    • (Research):Clark J. Bisbee came to Michigan in 1869 with his father. He was a lumberman working for his uncle. Later he was an implement representative. He helped on farm and was the first cashier of First State Bank of Port Hope, Michigan. He served two terms as Probate Judge (1905-1912). He was elected to several township offices. His public service spanned the years 1872-1920. His wife (?) was a teacher.
