      The same census for 1810 lists, "Issachar Bixby, Philadelphia, Rutland Co. 1 m. over 45, 1 fem. under 45 yrs."

      Ephraim is listed in Rutland Co. in 1800. Benjamin, Joseph, Robert and Isaac all apear to have settled in Vermont.

      The Revolutionary War records for Mass. soldiers and sailors list, "Issachar Bisbey of Plympton, Corporal in Capt. Bradford's Co. Col. Theophilus Cotton's Reg't. 1775 service 3 mos. 3 das.; also 3 das."

      Also, "Isaachar Bisbey of Plympton, Corporal in Capt. Bradford's Co. Col. Theophilus Cotton's Reg't. which marched on alarm April 19, 1775 to Marshfield, service 12 das. Reported enlisted into the army."
