He was born in Union City, Pennsylvania, April 5, 1895. His parents were Edwin (sic) Hatch and Eva Smith, both born in Pennsylvania. His surviving wife's maiden name is Bernice Wilkins, age 53. Ralph died of congestive heart failure stemming from rheumatic heart disease and mitral insufficiency and stenosis. He was buried at Lake View Cemetery, Jamestown, New York, by Henderson Lincoln Co. of Jamestown. |
