Kibbe, eldest son of Joel Kibbe deceased, respectfully represents that the said Joel Kibbe deceased, died a natural death on or about the 8th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty in the town of Cuyler in the County of Cortland without having left a last will and testament..."
