Adelbert M. (Dell) Bisbee, age, 81, of 27 Wattsburg Street, died at the Union City Hospital, Tuesday afternoon, April 10th (sic), at 3:00 o'clock. The well-known, life-long resident of this vicinity was a cabinet maker and for a number of years was employed at the former Caflish Lumber Company, retiring from his supervisory post in 1943. Up until the time of his passing he was an active member of the Methodist Church and Clement Lodge No. 220. The deceased is survived by his wife, Ethel, at home, and two sons, Clair, of this city, and Lynn, of Waterford, Pa.; also two daughters, Mrs. Helen Stone, Union City, and Mrs. Virgil Capozzi of Olean, N.Y.; one brother, Ervin, Columbus, Ohio; and two sisters, Mrs. Eva Edson, Jamestown, N. Y., and Mrs. Nellie (sic) Hurst, Wattsburg, Pa. Eleven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services with the Rev. Paul Smith, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiating, were held from the Glenn Funeral Home this Thursday afternoon at two o'clock and burial was made in the Wattsburg Cemetery. |
