Informant: Charles Attwater (son), Conneaut, Ohio. Maria Attwater, married, died at Conneaut, Ashtabula, Ohio, 5 p.m., 9 Jul 1915, age 69 years, 5 months, 24 days, of diabetes mellitus (10 years) and gangrene (6 months). She was born 13 Jan 1846 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Clark Vincent, born Pennsylvania, and Rose Biglow, born New York. She was buried at East Conneaut cemetery, 11 Jul 1915, by undertaker Chas. Mara of Conneaut.
It appears from the census that Maria's mother was Julia Burgess, perhaps Julia "Rose" Burgess, and that her son Charles gave the wrong name (Biglow) on her death certificate. |
