(Nov 1940) "Mrs. Gertrude A. Bisbee, 70, wife of Alvah C. Bisbee, formerly of Wattsburg, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Eaton, Law Rd., North East, Tuesday night. She had been in ill health the past three years. Mrs. Bisbee was born Lebanon, N.Y. but lived most of her life in the vicinity of Wattsburg and North East. Beside her husband and daughter, she is survived by a son, Emmett C. Bisbee of Mt. Vernon, N.Y.; a step daughter, Pearl Love of Clymer, N.Y.; a stepson, Earl Bisbee of Seattle, Wash; two sisters Lettie and Nellie Eaton of Clinton, N.Y.; a brother, Henry Trass of Syracuse, and seven Grandchildren. Four sons preceded Mrs. Bisbee in death." |
