"Florence Eaton, 90, formerly of 4 Bank, North East, died Wednesday at the Twinbrook Nursing Home. She was born Aug. 25, 1898, in Oneida, N. Y., a daughter of the late Alvah C. and Gertrude Trask Bisbee. Mrs. Eaton was a member of the First Baptist Church of North East, the Blue Point Circle of the church, the Rebekah Lodge and the Women's Relief Corps. Her husband Lloyd, and two daughters, Dorothy J. Eaton and Lois Eaton, all died previously. Survivors include four sons, Lloyd, Robert and Richard, all of North East, and Raymond of Buffalo; and a daughter, Doris Munson of Erie. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 S. Lake, North East, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, and may attend a service there Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Patrick Kennedy of the First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be at Lowville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church building fund, the Nort East Rescue Squad or the North East Community Nurses Assocaition." |
