| Text | "Former Lockportian Dies in Boston. Was Identified with Niagra Mill for Years. Special to Journal. Boston, Mass., Sept., 13 -- William Bisbee, superintendent of a paper mill at Hadley, Mass., died here on Saturday night. He came to Hadley in June from Lockport and is survived by a widow, two daughters and two sons. Bisbee was formerly connected with the Niagara Paper Mill in this city as a machine tender and was one of the most practical and experienced men in the shop. Some six years ago he went to Newton Falls, N. Y., where he was associated with a paper making industry and last June he vacated his position there to assume the superintendency of the mill at South Hadley." | |
