"This is the last will and testament of me[,] Lucena A. Kibbe of the town of Cuyler in Courtland County and State of New York[,] made this day 18th of Sept., in the year on our Lord nineteen hundred and two.
"I[,] Lucena A. Kibbe[,] woman[,] being of sound mind and in good health, sixty five years of age, do give and bequeath all my property real and personal after my funeral expenses and just debts are paid, to my oldest daughter Ruth S. Stanton if she outlives me.
"If not[,] to my son Emmet B. Kibbe, or if he does not outlive me[,] to my oldest surviving son or daughter.
"I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter Ruth S. Stanton as exectrix of my last will and testament -- signed by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witness[.] /s/ Lucena A. Kibbe[,] Testatrix"
