| Text | Last Will & Testament of Andrew G. Mallory (typewritten): "I Andrew G Mallory of Hayfield township, Crawford County and state of Pennsylvania being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. "And first I order that all my just debts be fully paid and satisfied, after which I will devise and bequeath to my dear wife Eunice S Mallory and her heirs all my property both real and personal of whatever kind and wherever located or in expectancy. "And I hereby appoint nominate and constitute Mr. E.S.Skeel executor of this my last will and Testament. "In witness whereof the testator Andrew G. Mallory signed his name and declared this to be his last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills heretofore by him made this 23rd day of November A.D.1896." Witnessed by Fred A.
