    Text In a questionaire from the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Pensions, Curtis C. Bisbe states he was married to Effie Teed on September 10, 1886, at Lowville, Erie Co, Pa, by Joseph Allen, Minister of the Gospel. He says his proof is a marriage certificate and living witnesses. He also identifies his living children: Lola Bell, (born) Nov 25 1890, and Bertha Dell (born) June 9 1893.
