    Text Last Will and Testament:
    "I, Ralph E. Hatch of the Village of Lakewood in the County of Chautauqua and State of New York being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare tis my last Will and Testament, in manner following that is to say:
    "FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
    "SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Bernice L. Hatch, all of my property, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever situate to be hers absolutely and forever.
    "LASTLY I hereby appoint Bernice L. Hatch executrix of this, my last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
    "In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 21st day of October, in the year, Nineteen Hundred and Thirty-seven. //s// Ralph E. Hatch"
