In August, 1910 Mrs. Flora D. Richardson, " a widow", purchased a parcel in section 105, very near the property of C.A. Bisbee. She paid $750 ($500 in cash and a $250 loan at 9% interest) for the west half of an 83 1/2 acre tract in N1/2 of the SW1/4 section 105 BLK 3 the said W1/2 containing 41 5/8 acres. |
