| Text | Text: Margaret R. Bisbee, 82, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Greenwood Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Bridgeway Health Services, 150 W. Magnolia, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. Margaret was born March 15, 1928, in Canyon. She was the youngest of four children, with three older brothers. She spent three years in Haiti on a mission with her husband. She was involved in her community, in particular with citizens organizations with the Fort Worth Police Department. In 2000, she was named Cop of The Year. She was a very devout Christian and mom to many. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband and son, George and Charles Bisbee. Survivors: Son, David Bisbee and wife, Gail; grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Tyler, Sarah and Elijah; great-grandchild, Virginia; and special friends, Ross and Laurie Williamson. | |
