    • The LDS Ancestral file has Estella D. Bugbee as Gordon's mother, but this seems unlikely.
      Gordon was born in 1896. In the 1900 census, his father William lists himself as widowed. Not until 1901, when Gordon was five years old, did William marry Estell Bugbee.

      McGRAW - Gordon H.Goodell 78, died Wednesday at a local nursing home after a brief illness. Services will be at 11 a.m.Saturday at Barth Funeral Home, the Rev. John L. Brown officiating. Burial will be in McGraw Cemetery. Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A native of Solon, he had lived and farmed in the area all his life. He was a member of McGraw Baptist Church and a 50-year member of the Grange. Surviving are four grandchildren, Mrs. Gloria Short of White Settlement, Tex.: Mrs.Lida Roberts of Syracuse; Gordon Lewis of Newark Valley and Jason Oliver of Sidney.
