      Marriage Record Benton County, IOWA . License issued for the Marriage of Joseph Harwood and Mary Bisbee on the testimony of A.C. Marr as to their competent age and condition; said License being in th e words and figures following, to-wit:
      Marriage Licese. License is hereby granted to any person authorized to solemnize Marriage according to the laws of said state to join in Marriage Joseph Harwood and Mary Bisbee of the County aforesaid ; and the person joing them in Marriage is also required to make due returnof the certificate annexed to the Circuit court within ninety days of the names of the said parties time and place of marriag e and by whom solemnized. In Testimony whereof I have shereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of the said ciurt at my office in Vinton, this 2nd day of February AD 1876 H.E.

To the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Benton COunty Iowa: This Certifies that on the 5th day of February AD 1876 at the "bridegroom's House" in said County, according to law an d by autority I duly Joined in marriage Joseph Hayward and Mary Bisbee.
