    • Asa Bisbee left Bridgewater in early life for Yarmouth, Maine. He was a member of the North Yarmouth Light Infantry, organized in 1805. He served in the War of 1812; was a gunsmith and blacksmith, also a merchant in Yarmouth Falls after 1840.
