    • In 1973, Doris (Bisbee) Shampoe provided a great deal of information on this family, along with documentation, photographs and contacts to Margaret J. Bisbee (deceased), author of Two Brothers in the Pennsylvania Triangle, Erie, Pennsylvania, 1974. About 1982 all of Bisbee's documentation and notes went missing and are presumed to have been destroyed.
