  • Notes 
    • From probate of Gideon Morey: Albert never married. In the fall of 1862, his brother George announced he was "going to the war" and wanted Albert to go with him. Giddeon rejected the idea, saying that Albert had agreed to stay and take care of his parents in their old age. The record shows that Albert lived with and cared for his parents until their deaths, whereupon he claimed compensation from the estate. Some of his siblings contested his right to a larger portion of the estate.
