He married Barbara Terza Haskins; two daughters Mrs. Steven (Debbie) Carman and Kristen Haskins. Three sons, Mark Haskins, Randy Haskins, and Jeffrey Haskins. Three sisters, Mrs. Robert (Marilyn) Miller, Mrs. Richard (Shirley) Gawlinski, and Mrs. Robert (Mary) Drake. Two brothers, Richard and Robert Haskins. A sister, Martha Mae Sammons, preceded Frank. Burial in St. Gregory Cemetery, North East. Frank Haskins died the same day as did his cousin, Carole Turner Lee, of Columbus, Ohio. She was formerly of Union City, PA. Member of the Class of 1952."
