    • John Beal came to Boston from Norfolk County, England in 1638 aboard the ship "Dilligent." He settled in Hingham and was a Representative in General Court during 1649. His first wife Nazareth, died in 1658 and he then m. Margaret, the widow of his friend Jacob. He died in 1688, aged 100 years.
