  • Notes 
    • Margaret attended elementary school in Dayton, Ohio, and high school in Corry, Pennsylvania. She contracted polio as a child and was bedridden for many months. Her mother spent much time sitting at her side and praying for her life. According to her mother, as she sat with Margaret in the early morning hours, a vision of Jesus appeared in the corner of the room and announced to her that Margaret would be okay. Immediately afterwards, Margaret fully recovered.

      Margaret Dunnihoo Bisbee researched, compiled and self-published an excellent Bisbee Family genealogy titled, "Two Brothers in the Pennsylvania Triangle," about Joseph and Reuben Bisbee, who moved to Erie and Crawford Counties during the mid-19th century. Only one hundred copies were printed, but the book may still be found in major genealogical research facilities such as those in Salt Lake City and Fort Wayne, Indiana.

      Margaret was cremated in Radford, Virginia. [10]
