"I Reuben Bisbe of the Town of Lebanon in the County of Madison & State of New York of the age of Eighty eight years & being of sound mind & memory do make[,] publish & declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner following[,] that is to say[,] I give[,] devise & bequeath to my daughter Sophia Kibbe[,] my son Reuben Bisbe[,] my son Hiram Bisbe[,] my daughter Lydia Reynolds & my daughter Louisa Damond all of my Real & Personal Estate to be divided equally between the above mentioned sons & daughters[.] I hereby appoint James M. Bisbe my sole Executor of this my last will & testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this sixth day of March[,] one thousand eight hundred & sixty five." Witnessed by John C. Head and William . Hays, both residing in Lebanon. |
