"The funeral of Timothy S. Cottrell was held at Lowville M.E. Church Sunday at 2 o'clock p.m. Rev. R. A. Parsons of Wattsburg officiated. Mr. Cottrell was born in LeBouf Township July 12, 1833. He was married to Susan A. Bisbee, of State Line, Amity Township, May 14, 1863. To this union were born seven children of whom four are now living: Henry C. Cottrell of Union City; Mrs. William G. Von Buseck; Mrs. Chris. Sauers and Izoro L Cottrell, all of Erie. Mr. Cottrell lived in Union City for a time after his marriage, but 36 years ago he moved on a farm near Lowville, where he died Feb 14, 1908..." |
