    Text "Lloyd V. Eaton Sr., 86, formerly of Four Bank Street, North East, died Saturday at the Pennsylvania Soldiers and Sailors Home. He was born in Corry on July 5, 1898, a son of the late Fred and Myra Dumond Eaton. He served with the US Army during World War I, and was a member of Old Company G. Mr. Eaton had been a machinist for 39 years with Electric Materials Co. in North East, and retired in 1965. He was a member of First Baptist Church of North East, where he formerly taught Sunday School, a member and past noble grand of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Grape City Lodge 1073; served as Pennsylvania District Deputy of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, was a member of the North East Encampment and a past Grand Patriarch of the Grand Encampment in 1953; and had been a member of the North East American Legion, Post 105 for more than 60 years. A daughter, Dorothy J. Eaton, died in 1953, and another daughter, Lois Nash, died in 1979. Survivors include his widow, Florence Bisbee Eaton; four sons, Lloyd Jr. and Robert Eaton, both of North East, Richard Eaton of Elyria, Ohio, and Raymond Eaton of Buffalo, N.Y.; and a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Doris) Munson of Erie. Friends may call at the WIlliam D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake, North East, today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m., and may attend service there Wednesday at 10 a.m., with the Rev. J. R. Elliot, pastor of First Baptist Church of North East, officiating. Burial will be at Lowville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, 43 South Lake, North East, Pa. 16428; or North East Rescue Squad, Box 89, North East, Pa. 16428. The North East Americal Legion Post 105 will conduct a service at the funeral home tonight at 7, and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows will conduct a service at 7:30."
