Frances D. Bisbee is age 67 on 2 June 1911. The former Frances D. Mosely and Stephen M. Bisbee were married in the Town of Orleans, Gains, New York on 3 November 1869. They were married by Baptist clergyman E. Holroyd. The ceremony was witnessed by John Sherman (now of Nora Springs, Iowa) and Mary M. Gammon (now of Rockwell, Iowa). Neither Frances nor Stephen were previously married. Stephen d. May 27, 1911 at Randallsville, NY. Witnesses to Declaration for Widow's Pension signed 2 June 1911 were: (1) Leona D. Oaks of Randallsville, who has known Frances Bisbee for 37 years; and (2) Chris Oaks of Randallsville, who has known her for 25 years. Frances D.
